INFORMATION WE COLLECT When you use the Tinker Taxi App, we may collect the following information: - Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system, and app usage details. - Location Data: Your mobile device’s GPS location to enable pickup, drop-off, and navigation during water rides. - User Profile Information: Name, contact details, gender, date of birth, and identity documents where required for compliance. - Ride Details: Booking history, route, time, duration, and payment method. - Payment Data: Information required for secure online transactions processed by third-party payment gateways.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION We use the collected information to: - Facilitate booking of water rides between passengers and boat operators. - Ensure passenger safety and compliance with local water transport laws. - Provide location-based ride-matching and navigation. - Communicate updates, promotions, or safety information. - Improve the functionality and performance of our App. - Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.

CONSENT AND SHARING OF INFORMATION Your Personal Information may be shared with boat operators, crew members, customer support staff, third-party payment providers, or service partners only to the extent necessary to provide our Services. By using our App, you acknowledge this risk. For online payments, we rely on third-party Online Payment Gateway Service Providers (OPGSPs).
